Warrant for Responsibility

So I think in light of another topic of people that have voiced their desire to get more responsibility and feeling of being center of attention. Though of course that is not the easiest thing to get of course. Though why want such things? They would bear you down and you will be commented by your mistakes and even when you succeed you will commented how it was not as effective or how they think it should have been done, but of course they are not doing it themselves so why contribute negatively after the fact.

Don't wish this to come upon you but be prepared to take on the challenge properly and don't forget to breath.
